Pros
-- High pay, vacation time, sick time, insurance and 401k for full time employees.
-- Somewhat flexible schedule.
-- Many co-wokers and bosses work hard and try their best.
-- Bonus structure
-- You get to talk to customers about paying their accounts off.
-- Easy program to master.
-- Not physically demanding.
-- Positive interaction with co-workers.
Cons
-- Some co-workers don't care about their job, making other workers look bad. Example: worker A does half the work, customer gets mad, and worker B has to do all the worker to back-track.
-- Some of the supervisors don't know what they're doing or give wrong information. Example supervisor A will tell you one thing, but supervisor B will tell you the exact opposite.
-- Not enough reward opportunities. For example, they let the new training groups go out to lunch and a movie as part of their training. They never did that for us. More options such as lunch out (on the company), a movie or paid time off for doing a good job is a wonderful idea.
-- Mentally exhaustive (stressful) at times.
-- Customers can be extremely rude, disrespectful, and uncooperative.
