- Many out of the blue lay offs (most in 2022—not a good outlook for the future)
- Employees are asked to take on more responsibility and more direct reports with no compensation increase and then when they ask about an increase, they're made to feel like they don't care about the company at all just money
- When employees leave (even directors and high level managers) they don't fill the positions, putting even more work on those who are already over worked and doing more than they should for very little
