Pros
There are a lot of opportunities to connect with coworkers inside and outside of work, everyone is extremely friendly and hardworking, and I enjoy coming to the office because of the people I interact and work with.
Cons
The starting salary for entry level hires is competitive, but the growth is not great. Additionally, the promotion cycle has been erratic (to say the least) with long wait times until the next promotion cycle.
