Pros

I spent 3 years at Credas as a Project Manager and thoroughly enjoyed my time there. Working closely with the senior team, I always felt supported, trusted, and given the space to grow. Tim, the CEO, is an inspiring leader — approachable, forward-thinking, and genuinely invested in his colleagues. That mentorship played a huge part in my progression and opened doors to bigger opportunities. Credas has a collaborative culture and innovative mindset. It’s a place where your ideas matter and your career can really take off.

Cons

Like any fast-growing company, things move quickly and processes can change, but this also makes the work exciting and never dull.

Pros

There is a dedicated and very capable lower team. They keep the lights on by dint of enormous manual effort. There are definitely some talented people here you'd want to work alongside. The business operates in a market where there is clearly demand for the product, which fuels a lot of activity.

Cons

The executive team is really the core reason that working at Credas is a questionable choice. They operate in an echo chamber with a curiously myopic disregard for testing or validating their own views. It's far from a progressive atmosphere and constructive challenge (especially towards the CEO) is often met with rebuke. There's been significant churn in senior roles, resulting in ongoing operational and quality issues that frequently go unaddressed. As a result, the broader team is often left reacting to problems rather than proactively delivering value. For these reasons, and many unstated for the sake of discretion, there are almost certainly better organisations to work in if you favour progressive culture and a voice at the table. I would strongly recommend that you think twice before accepting a role here.
