      Pros

      Team activities. management access was easy. Lot of review meetings to help staff with their targets. spot incentives to sales/customer support teams. good insurance benefits were available.

      Cons

      cultural activites were not there. they can do equal pay for job. they can bring schooling benefits to help staff with school going kids.
