This company is the best place I have worked for. This is a company that is very understanding of your personal life. They want you to succeed in every aspect of your life whether it's with them shortly or long term. Couldn't ask for a better family.

It's a growing company so they are still doing developing in a few areas in the work place.

Broad range of specialties, and the cross discipline nature of the office/shops makes it easy to grow your knowledge here. People are friendly, and management is approachable though a little busy.

End goals for projects can be somewhat fluid leading to occasional extra stressors, not bad overall though. It can be difficult to find support for learning past surface level.
