Pros
CMLC has great families and great teachers. It has a family feel and teachers are very free to run their classrooms without a lot of interruption from management. I really felt all employees had the best of intentions and really loved the children.
Cons
Stressful work place, lots of blending that made for inappropriate environments and experiences for students. Management was very disconnected from and unsuppprtive of teachers and had horrible follow through. It felt like a business and was run with the bottom line as the most important factor. It was not the correct teaching environment for me as I feel that when money is the number one priority, decisions are made that are notin the best interest of the children. The center has great potential if balance can be found between best practices and the bottom line.
