Pros

Very fun and collaborative team. Thoughtful and caring leadership team. Had opportunity to work with very diverse client and vendor base. Everyone really cares about each other and company's values and mission.

Cons

Could be stressful while working with difficult clients but get a lot of support if this happens.

Pros

Amazing Leadership: The leadership team is exceptional, creating a supportive and empowering work environment. CEO, CFO, and Marketing Director are great leaders and mentors. Creative Freedom: The role offers full creative control, allowing for significant contributions. Talent Utilization: The job is a perfect match for my personal skills, with daily opportunities to use talents in writing, branding, and design. Leadership also values promoting from within, showing appreciation for a good work ethic. ESOP: There's a great opportunity for ownership through the company's ESOP program.

Cons

Personally don't find these as "Cons" as I like a good challenge and this type of environment works best for me but these are some things to consider for other job searchers looking: Flexibility needed: The work can be fast-paced, which sometimes leads to tight deadlines, wearing many hats, and thinking outside of the box. Rapid growth and creation of new programs: As a rapidly growing company, some processes and workflows will need to be developed. If you are someone that requires strong SOPs already in place, this may require your expertise to enter into new territory.

Pros

- There are some other gems here in the company - Free stuff - Free lunches sometimes - Introduction to tech connections - Birthday celebrations - Work/life balance?? If that's what you'd call it. They make you clock out promptly to avoid paying you overtime if you're hourly. But they still will give you a project at 4:30 pm, needed by EOD, but don't dare work past 5:15.

Cons

- Bullying from upper management on people lower down on the hierarchy (assistants). - HR is a joke and will blame all complaints on "cultural differences" if you are not a white, old woman which is primarily what upper management is made up of. - Pretend to be "woke" and culturally sensitive using tokenism of their employees of color. This is not to be confused as actual care. - No sense of professionalism in the workplace. Management operates heavily based on how they feel about you, racial bias, and their "mean girl" attitudes. - Operates on a hierarchy as if you have to earn the respect you're given. - Emphasis on "how things have always been" and not "reinventing the wheel" that keeps methods, management and other things outdated. - Judged for everything you do including what you eat or don't eat, how you look physically, the tone of your voice, other things you cannot control, etc. - HIGH turnover rates because they won't learn you can't keep people with free sh*t and some lunches. You have to treat people with respect.
