      -> salary is good. -> the biggest advantage to this company is that you can work individually to finish the project from scratch. ->boss is very chill and flexible timing. ->good career opportunity.

      Cons

      ->need to hire some team leader for big project and tester as well.

      In Creative Mantra there is good Management & good & Supporting staff

      Cons

      In Creative Mantra there are only the Jobs based on Agriculture & chemical Fertilisers. No creativity only jobs on there guidelines
