CLS is a great place to work. I've worked hard, and it's been recognized by upper management. We recently went through a culture shift, and things have been much more positive lately. I'm able to have honest conversations with my boss about my career aspirations.

It's a smaller company, so the documentation of processes can be lacking sometimes. We're moving in the right direction with this however.

Multiple layoffs/furlough High turnover - revolving door Poor leadership No structure with products Sales is tanking Everyone works in silos CEO has no idea what ahe is doing nor does 70% of the executive leaders Everyone is doing the jobs of 3-5 people Micromanagement beyond belief Favoritism Product pricing makes no sense and it is very difficult to sell I could keep going - a lot of potential but this is a sinking ship and I dont see how they're going to turn it around in a space that is consistently having budget cuts.
