Pros
I was working their for more than 1.9 years full time Salary is mostly on time ie on last day of month Colleagues are good and friendly in nature in fact some of team leader and seniors are very good and you will definitely earn some of lifelong friends before leaving organization.
Cons
Worst place to work if you are thinking of any kind of growth growth Their is always extreme work pressure and BD make you to do everything to pleased the customer. In fact you also needs to do many of unnecessary customer work along with the work for which you got hired in organization We was promised that after 6 months we will get increment but; I was working for 1.9 years and didn't get any growth till end The worst HR are being search all around the globe and bring together at this firm - I guess this explains everything about HRs. You literally have to beg and take repetitive follow-up for each and everything and after that also their is no greentree that tour work will be done The CTO is on another higher level than HRs. Even god will face trouble to guess his mood. By any reason if he thinks you are not important at any point, he will do everything to fill you that you are in hell! I have seen I have seen him talking to people so badly that you can't even tolerate at all and after doing that also if he is not satisfied he will fire you at any point and make you to leave the organisation without giving you any time Though some of the peoples are very good including some team leads and seniors
