      Great people, the timelines generally allow for some research and look development. Are generous with assets, plugins, extra hands.

      Cons

      Pay below average, the projects are generally boring and lack creativity. All the creative decisions are in the hands of one very busy person which can cause a lot of delays and alot of unnecessary revisions, which can become extremely frustrating

      - If you aren't ready to learn continuously, work hard and grind to learn on the job, you might not be the best candidate -Overloaded at times
