I’ve worked as a content coordinator on the e-commerce team for almost a year now and can say the team is absolutely incredible. I have met so many kind people at this company who have helped foster my growth in the professional world and taught me many invaluable lessons. The VP also focuses on employee feedback, growth, and retention which is a huge plus. Therefore, there is always an open atmosphere for communication and understanding on future goals. Throughout my time here, I have been exposed to many processes and occurrences that have shown me how to problem solve and present new ideas. Since the e-commerce sector at this company is still growing, this allows for employees to become acquainted with different parts of the business and have the chance to wear various hats.
