poor management - Production Operator Creative Foam Employee Review

My Supervisor is phenomenal. She asks what my goals are and how she can support me reaching them. She encourages learning and growth. She challenges me to try new areas that are a bit out of my comfort zone. I love it. Creative Foam as a whole has a culture of learning, promoting within, and upward mobility. From the top down everyone wants you to succeed.

The benefits are light, but we are constantly reviewing and seeing what other items can be implemented.

Helps pay the bills, good people overall for coworkers.

Low pay that dosent keep up with inflation, minimum pay increase if at all (maybe 1-3%) if they decide you get one for the year, and no bonuses for base salary regardless of company profit.
