The pay is not the best but this is a awesome opportunity as a first job or even just a part time job

good pay, easy to refer people and make your schedule. They will never force you to pick up shifts. Working with kids can be nice.

extremely disorganized and often doesn't send materials to schools until after they are needed and are often missing bits. School TOSAs' can be either great or horrible and really decide if you will enjoy the school you are working at or hate it.
