Pros

Relaxed, casual work environment. Awesome coworkers. Lots of opportunity for advancement locally and globally. Engaged and down-to-earth leadership. Competitive pay and great benefits. Company is willing to invest in you if you are willing to work hard and commit. Professional development opportunities. Sense of doing something important. Love the customer focus.

Cons

It's very fast-paced - if you have downtime something is wrong. You will continuously be pushed to go beyond your comfort zone, which is great for learning, but stressful. Can be quick to burn out if you can't take the pressure in stride.

Pros

You get 40 hours of pto and 40 hours of UPT if you're paid hourly (which I was) basic account coordinator role starts off around $15.00 an hour. You can do OT. You also get stock vestments every year and at 4 years you cash in. Depending on the stock value at the time it could be upwards of $40k or more.

Cons

The members or clients they serve are horrible. They are uneducated and require a lot of hand holding and yell often. They actually have every right to yell because we lie to them a lot. We lie about deadlines or when we'll have stuff back but we never do. People will call every day multiple times a day and feel as if they are some sort of rock star writers. Some are grateful but most are horribly rude. I had an escalation every single day. The service offered was too complicated and too changing for the customers. The customers took it out on you and had no clue what they were doing. Management straight up said to me, "They didn't care how hard my job was." It's hard because they're making it hard and they could do so many things to make it better.
