Pros

None. It used to be a good place, but now it's a dumpster fire with nothing good.

Cons

One of their core values is "we care", but... they actually don't. Employees who are going through hardships such as mental health issues are completely ignored. People problems that have easy solutions aren't being tackled because they don't think it translates into more money for the business. Salaries have stagnated and aren't competitive anymore, due to the company not having increased them to match the market. If you're lucky enough to get a good offer, expect to have to pick up the slack from unmotivated people, and from people leaving at short notice and not being replaced.

On our “We Care” value We take people’s wellbeing seriously, and our People Team has supported many individuals through some incredibly tough personal situations. If your own experience didn’t land that way, I genuinely want to understand that so we can learn from it - because that value only means something if it’s lived consistently. On salaries and fairness We postponed the inflationary rise earlier this year and were open about the reasons behind it. Even so, we delivered a company-wide bonus and made more than 100 promotions or pay adjustments over the last nine months. We benchmark salaries regularly against the mid-market consulting sector, and we remain competitive for a company of our size and model. That said, if you personally felt undervalued, I understand why that would be frustrating. On workload and replacement resourcing Some teams have felt stretched during our move into more complex consulting work - that’s fair feedback. We’ve strengthened the management layer, added leadership capacity, and continued to hire into key roles to ensure people are better supported and workloads stay sustainable. Pros

Nice benefits and some of the people were really lovely. I felt that I was paid fairly at the time.

Wow. This could be a long list…the cronyism was thick in this place. If you aren’t one of them, you’re dirt. My supervisor was poorly trained and was not interested in becoming trained. She was a lovely person who was in over her head. I was relied upon to do my job and hers. When she left, I wasn’t offered her job. My guess is because I didn’t take any malarkey off of anyone. The CEO was very moody. He’d be nice sometimes then horrible to you to the point I cried a lot in the toilets and on the bus home. A plumber was threatening to thrash him for his behaviour. HR was the worst. When I handed in my notice I was immediately given garden leave so I’d be quiet.
