Pros

As well as talking the talk. Management are for the most part open and very communicative about the direction of the business and they do make a clear effort to take on and get feedback. Salary is good and the holiday amount is above average. Genuinely people first in how they operate

Cons

Sense of community has notibably fallen off from what it was 12 months ago. Restructuring has not been great for mood

Thank you for taking the time to leave this review, it genuinely means a lot. I’m really glad to hear that you feel we’re open, communicative and people-first in how we operate. We work hard to be transparent about the direction of the business and to take feedback seriously, so it’s great to see that coming through for you. And I’m pleased you’ve felt supported on salary and time off — those things matter. You’re right about the sense of community shifting over the last year. We’ve moved through a period of change, and that can take a toll on how connected people feel. It’s something we’re very aware of, and rebuilding that sense of community - in a way that fits who we are today, not just who we were - is a big focus for us. We’ve already begun work on this across the business, and it’s something we’ll keep investing in. Your advice is spot on. If we keep leading with integrity, stay true to our values and continue treating people well, we will be unstoppable - and that’s exactly the direction we intend to go. Thanks again for the honest feedback and for being part of the CreateFuture journey. — Euan, CEO

Pros

Nice benefits and some of the people were really lovely. I felt that I was paid fairly at the time.

Cons

Wow. This could be a long list…the cronyism was thick in this place. If you aren’t one of them, you’re dirt. My supervisor was poorly trained and was not interested in becoming trained. She was a lovely person who was in over her head. I was relied upon to do my job and hers. When she left, I wasn’t offered her job. My guess is because I didn’t take any malarkey off of anyone. The CEO was very moody. He’d be nice sometimes then horrible to you to the point I cried a lot in the toilets and on the bus home. A plumber was threatening to thrash him for his behaviour. HR was the worst. When I handed in my notice I was immediately given garden leave so I’d be quiet.
