There are some talented and awesome people (but they are getting less and less) and it's not yet too late for the company to return to success, but we're currently in a downward spiral.
Cons
The past years have been a constant feeling of uncertainty and negative results which is draining employee motivation and lead to a stressed yet unproductive working atmosphere. There are people who are not only lazy (in some parts due to the demotivation), but also proactively damaging the company - nay-sayers who are resistant to new ideas and to work as a team. Overall does not feel that this company is future ready.
