Nice colleagues and an office with nice interior.

Bad management who don't appreciate employees. No transparency to any plans/changes that will affect your job scope until the very last min (e.g the night before). They do not provide a clear direction either. They are unable to give projects completely to their juniors. The junior will do the work, but everything needs to be funneled through to the manager for approval even on the smallest things. Everything advertised is a lie and they will say whatever it takes to convince clients to turn up for the appointment. Management is unable to listen and respond to feedbacks of employees and clients. They don't care what you think, when they ask questions and when you give input, their focus will be explaining why you are wrong.
