Quick startup on its way - Director of Finance Cratejoy Employee Review

I've worked at Cratejoy since the start, and I have first hand seen how the company grew from a very small operation to the big success it is today. This is all thanks to the amazing leadership that have the knowledge and experience to make the right decisions at the right time. Any mistakes along they way are quickly identified and dealt with. Transparency is key and management is big on that.

When working in person it had the regular office problems with noise and interruptions, but since we're now mostly fully remote that isn't really even a problem any-longer.

Coworkers were great, benefits were great, fully remote

This company was so poorly managed that I'm surprised it's still around. I din't think they'll ever be in a position to hire staff again, but if they ever do avoid at all costs.
