Excellent compensation and Great teams to work with and grow in the railroad industry. Someone wanting to get into the industry or has knowledge of it already would definitely benefit from this company.

It does require out-of-town work and on-call services. Even though this is a demanding environment, you are taken care of and compensated.

Decent salary - used as leverage to own you.

Disorganized, emotional, directed by 'good ol' boys'. Racism and favoritism run rampant.
