Pros

None to mention at this time.

Cons

We’re tired of being lied to by upper management. You’ve lost the trust from those who generate your revenue. Some have left t he company and many more branch mgrs.. service mgrs. and techs are leaving soon. It seems to us this is what you want since you have been nothing but dishonest with all of the employees. You had many chances to step up but instead you deliver more lies, deception and the RT Crane resolution to cleanse your actions. Pitiful examples of MEN running CPI. All puppets with no business sense what so ever.

We’re glad to hear you enjoyed the office environment, cafeteria, and work-life balance as these are areas we continuously invest in to create a positive employee experience. We understand that remote work has become a common preference in recent years. Our goal is to provide flexibility while maintaining collaboration and engagement, and we’re actively exploring ways to enhance in-office experiences and hybrid work options to ensure employees feel connected and supported. Your insights help us improve, and we thank you for your time with the company.

Pros

None to be had anymore, equipment just ok

Cons

Not the company I started with. I was originally with Cummins and then the buyout came. It took a few years for the real colors to show of a typical corporation. They took an amazing company Cummins Allison turned it upside down and shook out what they wanted. Travel was amazing, equipment was fun to work. Most customers loved their techs. CPI destroyed all of that. Service went from 8 hours to several days before a tech got there. Had an annual bonus with Cummins than CPI played games of here is your bonus to if your parts were not good you got nothing. A joke as I had no care about bonus anyway because we never had them to begin with. Most of the Cummins people were let go, not many left to my knowledge across the nation. Thought this was gonna be the last company I worked for, I was wrong. My advice is to stay away from CPI. It has been so bad that Senior Mgrs sent scathing emails company wide before they departed to get out while you can. I would never recommend to anyone to apply there. You wont last with their DEI hires in control.
