Pros
- The pay is pretty good for relatively simple work (this is the only reason the rating isn't lower) - flexible work schedule if arranged well with other employees - have absolutely loved interacting with some of the residents in the building
Cons
- Introduced tipping to subsidize employees' guaranteed wages, claiming they couldn't keep up with the market without doing this (all while profit sharing with the building owners) - faux positive company culture (all from management) that's frankly irritating to customers and employees - renamed position so that leasing office can make as many ridiculous requests as they want from you - as someone mentioned previously, creepy binder on logging interactions with residents and details about residents - some locations are heavily understaffed, yet they refuse to offer a higher wage, letting current employees suffer under a heavier work schedule - pretty sure shifts are set at just under 8-hr shifts just so that they're not required to give us any break during our shift - discourage discussing wages with other employees so as to underpay different employees for the same kind of work (which is illegal) I've run out of things off the top of my head, but feel I have had other issues come up at times, but for now, I feel this paints a good enough picture.
