      Great managers/supervisors, great work/life balance, awesome co-workers, work from home.

      The pay is just a smidge lower, but the benefits and work/life balance balance it out.

      Great Culture and people. Great helping clients that wanted to be helped and learn about the product.

      dealing with clients who didn't want to learn the product but thats to be expected.
