Pros
-Continous improvement as long as you are willing to step up. -Work hard and show you genuinely care for your job and you will be appreciated and rewarded. Just be patient, humble & kind. -Working environment is awesome! You will feel the owner really cares for his employees like providing free consultation with Nutritionist & Counselor for mental health. We even have Pastors to pray for you if you request one. We also have 1 hour wellness meeting once a month and a lot more. -If you are a beleiver of Christ, then this is a perfect company for you in my opinion. And if you're not yet and willing to listen, they offer bible studies during lunch time once a week! The owner even provide free lunches for the attendees!
Cons
- I can't think of a cons. It's a fast paced workplace, yes, but because I love my work, sometimes I felt like I'm not working. My job is a blessing to me!
