Pros

The job is not hard to do at all. The training is robust and they have kind supervisors that support your journey. The pay is decent and shifts are based on performance.

Cons

The attendance policy is the worst. They give a very generous pto package, however there are no sick days allocated. A doctor's note can cover up to five consecutive days but you still get an attendance point. It is almost impossible to avoid attendance issues even if you have an approved medical accommodation. Don't get sick because if you can't go out on FMLA or disability, you will absolutely be terminated.

Hi, thank you for sharing a review! We're glad to know that you enjoy the flexibility, work-life balance and employee benefits that a career at Cox offers, and that you would recommend Cox as an employer. Cox's footprint and cross-industry impact do frequently necessitate agility with change, but we strive to offer a workplace experience that has the stability of a large company with the friendly community and innovation culture of a startup. And while our impact continues to grow, our values and mission remain the same: across our family of businesses, we're building a better future. We hope you feel that to be the case.

Pros

Learned alot with 20+ years with the company, fun place to work, meet great people, Awesome pay.

Cons

Management will throw you under the bus to save themselves, will not stick up for employees, supervisor yelling at team meetings, slamming things around and acting childish. Best micromanager out there.
