Pros

The people at Cox are great, as are the benefits. The pay is very reasonable, and there are plenty of opportunities for commisions in any of the call center positions. You work hard at Cox, but you get back more than what you put in. Career advancement is a common theme - many friends of mine started out in the call center and have moved up or around alot inside the company. It is HARD WORK - no bones about that - but it can be very rewarding both financially and personally.

Cons

Call center work can be very stressful. Come to Cox expecting to work and learn alot in ways you can't even consider at this time.

good pay and benefit, good co-workers and work-life balance most of the time

Cons

company has had a hard time keeping up with the industry, however, the industry has been struggling to fight the streaming service. now we're going through a sale being purchased by charter communications
