Good Company - Network Engineer Cox Communications Employee Review

Cox is a great company to work for. They appear to genuinely appreciate employ imput at all levels of th decision making process. Retirement benefits are no doubt abobve average and medical is probably about average for a company of similar size and status. Management varies depending on who you work for but overall mangagement seems to be comprised of good people promoted from within.
