      Used to really love the people I worked with If you know the right people, you will have great opportunities to learn + branch out

      Cons

      Too many contractors taking over previous full time employee jobs Many people being let go or quitting who were a real asset to Cox It is frustrating to see new people being brought in who don't know anything about what they're supposed to do and aren't willing to learn.

      company has had a hard time keeping up with the industry, however, the industry has been struggling to fight the streaming service. now we're going through a sale being purchased by charter communications
