Pros

Working from home is nice, free Cable and internet just pay rentals for equipment. Solid support form Management.

Cons

Over entitled customers, yearly price increase witch cause extra work for no good reason. You do everything a Customers support agent such as Trouble shooting billing and Sales. Customers do not want to be upsold trying to get their services restored. Mobile phones suck

Cons

Can be stressful at times, with every month being a new race to the end with no real end in sight. Constant need to stay motivated towards one goal.

Learned alot with 20+ years with the company, fun place to work, meet great people, Awesome pay.

Cons

Management will throw you under the bus to save themselves, will not stick up for employees, supervisor yelling at team meetings, slamming things around and acting childish. Best micromanager out there.
