- They have no product despite claiming having one.
- They hope to build it by outsourcing to others firms, then somehow copy/generalize outsourcing products into one.
- Managers don't know how to manage or having a clue above target/quality/goals etc.
- Managers prioritise in hiring in their own country of origin :)
- Favorism & nepotism are blatantly and widely practiced!
- Product team is clueless, they have no opinion of their own domain (insurance) etc, instead they act like a middle man between the dev team & client.
- 1:2 ratio between management & non management position, also for non management position, 20% of them are working while 80% are doing nothing and be nothing but gatekeeper/roadblock.
- Toxic culture.
