Pros
They offer a vehicle allowance if you work 40 hrs a week. If not it is prorated. Full-time employees benefit from a 4% match on retirement contributions. Insurance is available for about 180 a month I believe for a single person. I have been fortunate to have a fantastic manager who answers all of my questions and is always professional. There are opportunities to advance if you stand-in good regard.
Cons
My biggest cons are the penny pinching, the 4/6 hr days. The driving at state minimum wage. Working a month with a day off or two and hoping to get 30 hrs a week. The additional SIU work on top of surveillance. The fact that individuals are hired that have no business conducting any type of professional business. You are not guaranteed a raise. Your starting pay will be 21 to 23 an hour. And the maximum raise you can receive is 5 percent if you're lucky. The "scorecard" is completely wrong. They do a blended rate for overtime. Legal probably ethical NO. You will never be able to understand your paycheck.
