      Really there are none I'm sorry.

      Cons

      There are a lot. The pay is disgusting and despite this I have to pay for my own supplies. There is no security and admin expects stag to confront people who are either not clients and loiter in the building or who are clients but are doing things such as fighting smoking and grooming kids which is highly inappropriate.

      The team is incredible, the supervisors and management are super supportive, and I enjoy the work I do.

      -people are amazing -job is fufilling -the atmosphere is great

      Cons

      -everyone is overwhelmed -pay could be better unless ur in a high position -interview process could be more transparent -it’s a revolving door. people join, then they leave.
