      Coworkers were great and friendly

      Cons

      Management and VP’s were not the best. They were always incredibly serious and seldom appeared in a good mood. Big lack of communication between staff and VPs. Not very approachable. Planning was poorly done and they often promised clients features by deadlines that weren’t run by engineering first which led to stressful situations. Insurance was also sucky.

      Pros

      The leadership team is sharp, agile, transparent, and open. They fully subscribe to the belief that the best ideas win no matter where they come from, and were continually focused on learning from/with other members of the team, and empowering team members to run with new ideas. This created a collaborative working culture that was fun, high energy, and fast-paced with great opportunities for mobility/learning on the job.
