Work a few days for the room discount, otherwise save yourself the headache - Night Auditor/Front Desk Agent Courtyard Employee Review

There is no appreciation shown for part time workers. Night Auditors are often left out. For part time workers:No holiday pay, no benefits(health,vision,dental,and life) You don’t get sick days.Each holiday if my schedule would leave me off they would always ask me to work it. I always declined because isn’t that what your paying the full timers for? Why would anyone choose to work a holiday w/o holiday pay? If you work nights you would be left out of everything. For example, the holiday parties. They typically would schedule the NA but would make sure even one else is covered. They won’t have the decency to save or order any food for you., but will Leave the left over dried out scraps for you.Last year the left rice! That’s it. How disrespectful. They don’t care that you worked overnight, and would schedule mandatory morning meeting, that are absolutely pointless.oh yeah, even for full time if you choose the health care it’s the exact same if you would get it individually on your own.when I was part time I had to pay for my own, finally went full time and was sad I had to pay the same amount!
