Learn a lot about Acts and regulations, nice colleagues, good working space with ergonomic appliances, work is interesting and can meet a lot of different people from judges to lawyers

high volume of work, work speed culture is slow, management is terrible and doesn't care about you, proposals and suggestions made by employees often get rejected. not a lot of room to climb unless you switch organizations
