      The Coupa Product is leader in its field, the teams have a schedule organized for production and communication is great among different areas.

      Cons

      The product is very large and complex to understand if you do not come from a logistics background. It takes several months to understand the bigger picture and the individual role in it.

      Active change happening and it’s an exciting time and good group of people who know what they’re doing. Has an early 2000s feel with the vibes

      Cons

      Tight budgets as expected. Market average salary but good territories for GTM to make a lot of $. Stable as an employer with global growth. A few benefits still need to mature but also expected.
