Coupa's business is growing very aggressively and lots of acquisitions are going on. This affects hiring and resource allocation.

Tight budgets as expected. Market average salary but good territories for GTM to make a lot of $. Stable as an employer with global growth. A few benefits still need to mature but also expected.
