Leadership focuses on what matters not on political mumbo-jumbo which is a great departure from some of the software companies I have worked for in the past. Looking back at my 3 years here I can honestly say that this is a great place to work.

Active change happening and it’s an exciting time and good group of people who know what they’re doing. Has an early 2000s feel with the vibes
Cons
Tight budgets as expected. Market average salary but good territories for GTM to make a lot of $. Stable as an employer with global growth. A few benefits still need to mature but also expected.

Cons
A lot of management changes, people being rewarded for things they don't deserve credit for, can seem like high school with gossip, promotion paths not very clear, management sometimes also plays favorites
