Lots of heart - Veterinary Technician County Line Veterinary Clinic Employee Review

It is great to be able to work for a privately owned clinic. The owner really cares about each employee. The staff feels like family.

Sometimes things are told to a team lead and don't make it to the management that can actually make an imporvement - like fixing equipment or communication issue

Fellow techs are awesome, nice pay.

The lead Dr is hard to find and seems to make a joke of trying not to be found. She spreads herself too thinly so isn't available to staff when they need her. Management does not seem to communicate to each other or to staff. Feels like favoritism takes a big role in the company.
