I come to work each day for our residents. It is an honor to care for residents that have done so much in their day. Most are so appreciative and we have wonderful families.

In the last couple years, Countryside went thru several ED's. It may it difficult for the staff as each one had their own leadership skills.

I loved the residents that were there.

Management could be a hot mess at times.
