      Pros

      Lots of overtime excluding June & July.Job security with union just don't point out on calling off work.

      Cons

      Upper management and some shift supervisors are a trip.They micro-manage everybody, union and non-union people. No respect for employees.Always looking for what you did wrong but never hold what upper management did wrong accountable.

      I enjoyed coming into work, my team was great. I was giving lots of support and encouragement from day one from my boss.
