You’ll feel like family, if you’re part of the family. This company is family owned and their slogan is “You’ll feel like family” this is not true if you work for them. They’re only concerned about the family itself and “looking good” to the public eye. Management is mostly family or family friends and that is the only way to get ahead in the company, some consider themselves “tough guys” or “mob bosses”. Working hard can only get you so far.
