Easy place to work, good pays.

1. no incentive to go above and beyond. Paid by years of experiences only. Your pay is max out after 15 years, and after that, you can be as lazy as you can get away with it and still paid at the max lavel. 2. Nepotism at it's best. Don't really need experiences, get close with the boss, speak same langue with the boss, You will be groomed for front and center position, even when you have no experiences, nor good at your job at all.
