Firm is dominated by old white men. If you are not a white man who plays golf and goes shooting, you will not be treated as an equal. You can absolutely forget about it if you are BIPOC or LGBTQ+. There is also a classism problem between the attorneys and the support staff. A good compensation package can only go so far if you do not feel respected at work.
