Pros
Being hungry to learn but being part of an understaffed and under-resourced team often meant being taken advantage of by management...Coty is the perfect BootCamp to put yourself through to get exposure to multiple streams of the business and learn every single thing there is to know about beauty marketing. Would not recommend staying there for longer than 1 year though.
Cons
You get taken advantage of, lol. No room for growth unless you fit a very specific description, pay is horrible, lack of diversity, horrible work culture (everyone complains about everything and everyone...including management. Management also loves to play favourites.), reeks of nepotism, and absolutely no work/life balance.
