Pros

As a leader in the product org, I can say that this is not a place where you come to coast - it is a place where you come to grow and work hard. We are currently navigating the most exciting shift in a generation: redefining product management in the age of AI. I appreciate that the organization is tackling this head on. Pros include: AI innovation. Mission-driven work that impacts just about everyone. Exceptional leadership. Personal growth opportunities if you are willing to stretch. Fun and Culture! I love our culture and the people I work with.

Cons

Lean resources - means your role is expanded and you will be stretched to tackle tough problems. Focus Challenges: Histiricalky, we’ve struggled to solve too many problems at once. Leadership recognizes this and is implementing Objectives and Key Results now. (I appreciate the self-reflection there and investment to change.)

Pros

- The company genuinely prioritizes employee mental health and well being, which is refreshing. - They have honored their commitment to a flexible hybrid work model, and the engaging ERG events on in office days make you want to be there. - It is a culture that rewards team players with a strong work ethic. - As a smaller company, you feel like your contributions truly matter.

Cons

- While benefits are provided, including the great half day well being days, the primary health insurance is a plan with a high deductible rather than a standard copay model, which could be an area for improvement.

Pros

Camp L.I.F.T. is an incredible example of how Cotality brings its values to life through community impact and innovation. The program creates a meaningful opportunity to give back by inspiring young students to explore STEM, financial literacy, and leadership, while also fostering strong collaboration across teams and partners such as Foot Locker, Octane, ISACA, Google, and Cognizant. It’s truly energizing to be part of something that not only makes a difference for students, but also builds a strong sense of purpose and pride among employees.

Cons

There are very few downsides to the experience—if anything, the week goes by too quickly and it’s hard to choose which activities or sessions to be part of because there are so many great moments happening at once.
