      Pros

      Colleagues are knowledge and helpful. Working from home is easily facilitated and accepted. Equipment is adequate for the role.

      Cons

      Salary is low especially for the area. Not huge amounts of work to enable moving around. No flexible working arrangements. No bonus. The building itself leaves a lot to be desired.

      The culture was very professional with a rich racing history and they are driven to win. They treat employees very fair and they are always pushing to improve. There is a lot of opportunity to make an impact there.

      Cons

      Not an extremely large sized company, which can make funding of projects more difficult.
