Pros

This is one of the best calls centers to work for in Costa Rica. I have worked for several call centers, and most of them don't care about the agents or they simply have a bad and toxic environment. The work culture is very family oriented, and everyone in my team cares for each other. At the same time, the accounts are nicer compare to other call centers. I worked handling inbound calls, and I have never encountered super angry customers like in the past call centers. They also have retro games and hockey table for employees. They are free!

Cons

Not really a Con, but I got used to employee sofas en my previous jobs. They have no sofas here. The chairs are comfortable, for sofas will be nice.
